Through the API, Delpha publishes the Credit cost of each operation before it is executed. In the online app, users can review the estimated Credit usage before starting a resolution. This lets agents, developers and operations teams understand and control usage before Credits are consumed.
How Delpha Credits and billing work
What is a Credit?
A Credit is Delpha's billable unit of usage. Each operation consumes a defined number of Credits according to the depth of verification required.
Are Credits tied to one interface?
No. The same Credit balance can be used through MCP, REST API, the Delpha online app and batch file uploads.
Does each access method produce the same result?
Yes. Every interface uses the same Delpha resolution engine. The access method changes, but the underlying verification, evidence and confidence model remain the same.
Do I need an integration to start?
No. Users can run individual resolutions in the online app or upload a file. MCP and API are recommended for production workflows.
Why does Delpha use Credits?
Not every operation requires the same depth of work. Credits let each operation be priced by the work it requires; see the Credit cost by operation table for the current cost of each.
How does batch billing work?
Credits are consumed for each row processed, based on the selected operation. Before launch, Delpha displays the estimated number of Credits required.
Can I purchase Credits at a lower price?
Yes. Enterprise customers that commit to higher volumes can receive discounted Credit pricing and additional support and security commitments.
